Welcome to the Elhelm Festival.
Elhelm means "dream" in Arabic.
The Elhelm Festival will feature belly dance superstars and master teachers from overseas to dance at the shows and teach workshops. We are also planning performances by Japanese artists, Japanese musicians, independent dancers, and musicians from overseas.
I hope you can give the time of your dreams to many people.
